I have a similar issue, the wp-admin doesn’t load anymore.
this update is broken my site even delete the plugin also my site not comeback, i do restoring database and return back to old version
any automatic plugins updates is too much horrible now
Sorry about that. This may have been caused by some issues during the update process on your sites.
Could you try to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation
You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:
wp-content
plugins
jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER
If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.
Let me know how it goes.
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to WPaaS\Blacklist::plugin_action_links() must be of the type array,
@mgc That error does not seem related to Jetpack. I would recommend that you get in touch with the author of that “WPaaS” (WordPress as a service maybe?) plugin for help.

@tbebicom Would you have more information about this, by any chance? Did you receive a specific error message about that error in your database?

Hi Jeremy,
I just tried deleting (again) and reinstalling the latest Jetpack version manually from the downloaded file. I hope I don’t have to do this for 17 more sites. :/
It’s still not working and I’m receiving this error (the one I posted previously was incomplete):
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to WPaaS\Blacklist::plugin_action_links() must be of the type array, string given in /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data03/57/41299757/html/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/includes/class-blacklist.php on line 108
Maybe I should stick with the previous version (where can I find it?) or the old 4.71 I have that I was able to find?
@mgc This seems to be an error caused by a GoDaddy plugin installed by them on your managed WordPress server, and not by Jetpack. If they reply that it is indeed caused by Jetpack, please let me know.
I don’t know what broke MY ‘site, this morning or last night, but a rollback to yesterdays auto-backup fixed it.
However, if it is the same problem, (and I do have JetPack installed, and use it for its traffic tracking functions,) I do not use GoDaddy, and my web server doesn’t install “extras” to WordPress ‘sites.
I do know this much, the scheduled “next backup” was going to be MUCH smaller than the previous backups, going back a month. Down to less than a megabyte.
@seanproach Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#new-post
Please include as much information as possible about what happened, including any particular error messages or anything from your site’s error logs which might be of help.
Thank you!

Hi Richard,
I disabled and then re-enabled some plugins that I don’t have installed on other sites and, t’avais raison (tu es Montréalais, alors sans doute un francophone)! 🙂
However, neither one is a GoDaddy plugin. The two suspects which have been deactivated are: WP Editor and Duplicate Page.
Thank you for your quick and helpful response and je te souhaite une excellent journée !
Merci et au plaisir,
Michael (ancien montréalais à Nouvelle Ecosse)
Hi @mgc! I am indeed from Montreal! 🙂
Odd that those other plugins caused the problem, though; you should still reach out to GD and let them know.
Au plaisir!! 🙂
