That "photo at the top" question. Is there "insert image"? (4 posts)

    Hello -

It looks like many people have asked how to insert a photo at the top (masthead / header) of a thematic blog.

There have been many answers, I can see many people trying to solve this problem without much success.

Can anyone suggest a simple way to add a .jpg to the top of a page as part of the header?

I'm planning on using the image that is currently on top at my site: digitalwindshield.com

Thanks so much for any thoughts on a simple solution!!

Ian - thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

I have created a theme, image folder w/jpeg in it, and uploaded and activated the theme. The header photo displays. I'm pleased.

For some reason the text formatting has been thrown off - any suggestions on what I might adjust?

    Hi Ian,
I figured out what was happening.
The #blog-title div was not below the final @import declaration.
    Looks fine now.
