    You can set up a custom email template in item 9.1 of the Email Before Download settings (or item 9.2 if you’re doing multiple downloads w/checkboxes).

    Just put some html in item 9.1 that includes the signature you want (make sure you put some stuff about it to make a link and use the [file_url] shortcode — see the example provided for item 9.1 in the settings page)
