    For some reason my WordPress did not automatically update, so I took the cue to backup my site. Problem was, my old backup plugin had ceased to function (I think the company discontinued service, all the links to its website resulted in 404 errors). I chose this plugin because it seemed popular and had mostly very favorable reviews. I downloaded it and performed a manual backup all within about 3 minutes. (I have a relatively small site.) So far so good. I’ll see what happens when I perform the WordPress update. If it fails, nice to know I’m not without resource for restoration. Thanks.
