• This plugin has a limited update period at the level I bought it, but after that period ended the developers were still willing to work with me on issues. Customer service was A+, and the product—which just got a new easier interface—is very flexible and allows you to be as creative as you want. Highly recommended.

    Hi Darrell,

    the 30 days period concern only for the personal support. Of course we will solve any experienced problem and the time period doesn’t matter. After you wrote us we solved the update problem, but if you have any other, then please write us and we will solve this.

    I received an email from the developer explaining that bug fixes will always be addressed despite the update limits. They promptly sent me an updated version of Smart Slider 2 with the repaired issues. I have to say I owe them an apology for thinking they would leave me out in the cold.

    I’m going to recommend this plugin wholeheartedly, based on the developer’s quick response and solution. Excellent customer service, dedication to the product – it’s a flexible and effective plugin to create with.
