Thanks a lot 🙂 One question : did you read the tutorial or you could understand what the plugin does without any explanation?

I think retina is the keyword here, although not perfect in theory because it’s just a Apple related display word, but it seems to be recognised (at least by my understanding) as a simple way to talk about high-dpi screen related technical stuff with everyone, probably the best way to make non-technical people to understand the idea behind it.
I myself always read the description for starters before really deciding if the plugin does what I think it should and then if it matches my problem, I take the time to really test it out in action – so I definately read everything that was documented even when I already knew what solution I was exactly looking for.

Right now it’s definately the only high-dpi screen size related image plugin for wordpress that I know of and that is actually trying to solve the problem in an acceptable way.

Thanks a lot for your explanation 🙂

WP HiDPI would be the right name for this plugin I believe, unfortunately it’s too difficult to change (WordPress repository doesn’t support that).
