I’ve spent almost a month battling with migrating my custom domain server. The database alone is over 3GB. I discovered WPvivid two days ago, immediately tried a backup, but it failed. On that screen, I was given the opportunity to email support, so I explained my difficult situation. Three hours later, I received a reply, followed their instructions, and it worked. This is just the beginning, but I’m grateful. Thanks a lot to Nicholas.
