Thank you page ONLY coming after REFRESHING order-received page

    Hi,
    I have been trying out your thank you page plugin and I feel you have put quite great functionality into it. However, I am facing an issue where I am unable to get the Thank you page when the order is placed fresh. If I hit refresh on the same order-received page, then the Thank you page is coming up. Also the auto-send coupon function works only when the order received page is refreshed. The payment gateway is Paypal. I have tested this even with disabling the caching plugin but the issue persists. I have mailed the screenshots to support@villatheme.com . Please help me with this.
