Thank You message not working

    During my tests, I receive emails that are sent out. However, the preset “thank you” message (to the requester) does not work. What am I doing wrong? Also, I received this message. Can you tell me what it means? Thank you in advance:

    Earthlink things your mail server IP address is a spammer and has blocked it. This can happen on shared hosts, it might not be anything you did.
    Ask your web host for help with that
