I am using a theme (rocked) which already includes the class-tgm-plugin-activation.php
When activating Sportpress, a fatal error is shown on the screen. Impossible to change anything, other than removing the plugin using ftp.
The version of the libary should be the same (2.5.2) but it seems that your version includes 5 additional lines.

Do you have any ideas how I can resolve this issue?

This is not an issue with the SportsPress plugin, but with the theme you are using ‘Rocked’.

They have a typo (or rather, search and replace error) in their code:
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/rocked/1.09/plugins/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php#L1913

That line should read:
if ( ! function_exists( 'tgmpa' ) ) {

As they incorrectly changed it, the function is being redefined causing that error.

If you replace that one line in the /.../themes/rocked/plugins/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php file with the line above, SportsPress and Rocked will play nice together 😉

Please ask the theme author @athemes to fix this.
@athemes: If you download a fresh copy of TGMPA using the Custom TGMPA Generator, it will serve you with a customized download of TGMPA which will automagically have done the search & replace for you in the correct way.
