  • Resolved AndrewLynch

    Hi there,

Wanted to show total points that a team scored.
    I created two new columns: PF = T(for) and PA = T(against).
“1” is displayed as a value.
When I change say PF = T(for) – T(against). It does show the difference.
    Neither PF = T(for) + 0 nor PF = T(for) x 1 work. PFPG and PAPG do work.

Does T(for) work on its own ?

    Thanks in advamce

@andrewlynch Thanks for your question. I’d like to look at the configuration settings for the table columns. Could you paste the output of SportsPress > System status here using the “code” button below?

    Here it is:

    PTS (pts = $win * 3 + $loss * 1) [1], PG (pg = $win + $loss) [2], W (w = $win) [3], L (l = $loss) [4], PF (pf = $pointsfor) [4], PA (pa = $pointsagainst) [5], DIFF (diff = ( $pointsfor - $pointsagainst )) [6], PFPG (pfpg = $pointsfor / $eventsplayed) [7], PAPG (papg = $pointsagainst / $eventsplayed) [8], PCT (pct = $win / $eventsplayed) [9], L10 (lten = $last10) [10], STRK (strk = $streak) [11]

@andrewlynch Looks ok, but I’d like to compare the values with the other variables. Could you paste the entire output, or even just the Configuration section?

I ran a few black box tests and have a theory why I see “1” as Total Points For/Against. I am configuring basketball leagues. Total goals/points value can be rather high i.e. > 100s. Total points were displayed properly when value is < 1000. If it is > 1000 then it is “1”. In my case teams scored/conceived more than 1000 points per season.

Any feedback regarding how/when this can be resolved is appreciated.

    Hi ThemeBoy,

Is any feedback on the issue ?
