   the textarea, placeholder, as in the screenshot of the design.

 * I apologize, however our placeholder text isn’t able to accept HTML/inline CSS.
   As a result, the only way to accomplish this unique styling would be with some
   fairly advanced custom CSS.
 * We’re not able to provide support for this level of customization, however if
   you’re willing to dig into some CSS techniques here’s a tutorial on this topic:
