Textarea data not showing up in directory

I am having issues getting textarea data to show up in my directory. I have resorted back to the twenty-ten theme and have deactivated all themes except Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms directory. Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

Also, details are not showing up in “Go to Entry” as well….or should I say only some of the items are showing up. Any ideas here as well?
