I am using the latest version (4.6.11.1) of this wonderful plugin.

On my web I use Spanish as the base language and therefore I use “Loco Translate” to translate the texts, but when I visualize the page of events of the month it appears with a title to half translated: “Events for marzo 2018”

I have researched the code and I think I have found the “error” in the file /the-events-calendar/src/functions/template-tags/loop.php on line 162, where it seems that the word “for” is always showed.

Can you adapt this file so you can use it with translation plugins?
Can I copy this file as it happens with the views of my theme and adapt it?

    Thank you

    Hey @rearjm,

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.

Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.

    Thank you for reaching out.

I just tested things out in Spanish and the good news is that there is no bug related to that specific string.

When translation file strings are not kicking in, it is usually caused by one of the following things:
    1. Your translation files are not up to date
    2. You are using some customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder. These might not be updated and will override any other file.
    3. The strings are translated, but are considered “fuzzy”

In the first 2 cases, the solution is to update your translation files using the pot file. You can do this by using the Poedit software and heading to Catalog > Update from pot file.
In the last case, you will need to make them “unfuzzy” using Poedit.

Let us know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
