  • Hi

I’ve got a suggestion for the text widgets in the sidebar.

Any chance that you could add an extra field in the configure options allowing an identification label to be added that only shows up in /presentation/widgets so instead of having text 1, text 2 etc we can see at a glance which widget we want to edit.

For example, a personal wordpress page about the family dogs. A text widget gets added to the sidebar linking to a photo of one of the dogs whose name happens to be Rover (I know, really original LOL) In the customised sidebar widgets under presentation we could label it ‘photo of Rover’ instead of say ‘text 2’… but it wouldn’t be visible on the actual webpage.

I think doing this would make it simpler when it comes to editing the widgets.

    Sincerely

    Julia

  • that would be nice.

Perhaps adding the title of the widget to the Text name section would be useful. Like instead of “Text 1” it shows “Text (About Me)” for your “About Me” section.

Adding a whole other text field just for that display seems like a lot of extra work there.
