Text underline and colors

    Hi

    I tried to reimplement the features “underline” and also “text color” and by the way also “BOLD”.

    I got the right settings. but it still won’t word. can someone kindly help.

    Hello there,

    Please go to the Dashboard > Support > Settings > Rich Text Editor. Here you can enable the rich text editor and options for formating text. In SupportCandy, there is no need to use external plugin for editor. The link you have provided is for third party plugin.

    Hi.

    I’m so sorry but I seem to be a real “beginner”. I do not find that path you indicated? When I go on my dashboard, there is no “support”? That is the case in both, Network Admin and also in the dashboard of the website.

    I’d love to send you a screen shot but do not see how to insert it here? I am lost.

    Please confirm, you are concerned about the “SupportCandy Helpdesk”. It looks like you want help related to any other plugin.

    Hi,

    I do not know if it it related to any plugin or WP core? But no, I do not have any Candy plugin. I was seeking help with WP generally since the features for text “underline, colors” have disappeared after version 4.7.

    I appreaciate that you were trying to help anyway.
