Text traslation issue

    I am using this plugin and have added multilingual support to my site. However, the text “Big Daddy Weave – My Hope Is Jesus (Official Lyric Video)”, along with similar texts, is not being translated into French. I checked the “wp_trp_dictionary_en_us_fr_fr” table and found that both the original and translated columns contain the same text.

    Hi,

    Could you please let us know what automatic translation engine are you using it?
    Try to delete the translation and let the string be translated again. Does the engine translate the same?

    I used Google Translate to translate the text and received “Big Daddy Weave – My Hope Is Jesus (Clip officiel).” However, even after deleting the translation and attempting to translate the text again, the exact English text remained stored in the table.

    Hi,

    IF you deleted the translation, saved changes, then the automatic engine translated again the same, it means this is how understands to translate that string.
    We are not controlling the meaning of the translations. This is up to the automatic engine you are using.

    I’m trying to translate the “Big Daddy Weave – My Hope Is Jesus (Official Lyric Video)” text into French automatically, but the engine is not converting the text into French. What is the solution for that? I don’t want to do it manually because many texts like these are not translated.

    Hi,

    Does this replicate on a different website, with the exact same string? If so, this is how the engine understand to translate that particular string.
    If not, we should investigate this in detail, so please consider opening a ticket directly on our website.
