And then you can edit the pic and add a layer which will hold the text or image. No need to use any css. this thing will be show on the footer area according to your image size. use adove dreamweaver, and use layer. draw a layer and paste the fb like box code. But here’s the error. It only shows text, it does not render the codes. I have tried all , xhtml, lightbox etc. but the layer does not showing the box it stuck with the code.

  • There are probably many wa\ys to do this…

    1. Create the image
    2. add a text layer
    3. add the text
    4. save
    5. upload to WP

Codes are ‘special characters’ that are filtered out of browsers and / or cause ‘misunderstandings’ for browsers. [browsers don’t know in this case they should not execute the code…]

To solve the problem HTML has ways to sort this out.
    Check out the following:

Did as you say in dreamweaver, but not executing the codes

What exactly did you do? Create the whole thing in a graphic / image? or change the HTML?

If the last… dreamweaver seems the odd thing to use.

To display code in a page / post ‘as text’ you need to edit the text in the WP-text editor and change the code-specific-characters’ with ‘special characters’.

EXAMPLE of how the text would look with the special characters.

Bro please see what i did. i insert an image via html in the dreamweaver, and then made a layer. Inside the layer i paste this codes
    <iframe src="//" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; width:292px; height:290px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe>
This codes are not executing or compiling. thery are seeing as codes. As you said use special caracters from insert, I found no options that can execute the codes. I hope you can help me. please help me. plz plz plz plz plz plz
