I am having trouble scaling the popup properly on responsive view since I added text to the popup.

I have it set on Tiny (30%) responsive view, and have limited the size to 400px.

The text does not wrap within the popup, and runs off to the side.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @shadeardent:

I looks like the ‘warning’ message you posted inside your age verification popup on the front page is being displayed inside a ‘table row’ HTML element. The styling of that message is inherited from the browser. I think that explains why you’re getting such a wonky styling result.

What surprises me is that the ‘warning’ message content is not being displayed from Contact Form 7, which is the form plugin that you’ve activated on your site. If you haven’t done so thus far, create a new CF7 form, paste in the content of the ‘warning’ message, and then save the form. Then paste in the CF7 shortcode inside the content editor for the popup named ‘Age Verification’. Include your Popup Maker age verification settings below the CF7 shortcode in your popup.

Please let me know if this proposed solution works for you.

The client reported to us through our support forum at https://wppopupmaker.com/ that the solution posted above worked.
