Text not showing up on Mac

    This is the first time I’ve heard of this problem. Is the text there but is set a white on a white background? Or is there no text in the PDF at all?

    Have you tried exactly the same PDF on a Windows machine and on other Macs?

    Hi Chris,
    The text is there but transparent. I’ve tried with different backgrounds with the same result. You can select it, copy and paste it, but can’t see it.

    The exact same voucher works on a windows machine.

    was this issue ever resolved? having the same problem. I can highlight the text but it is transparent.
