Text Not Appearing in Header

Hi,
I use the Quick Vid Theme as my website template. When customizing my header, no text appears (whether I insert a custom background or not). It’s not a issue of text color as I’ve changed that multiple times to something that would stand out. Any ideas about what I could do?
