  • Hi MsJulian,

I was unable to replicate this issue on a test site, but I am able to see the problem on your site.

Can you provide some details about your site ie. are you using WordPress, are you using a Theme, have you made any changes to the CSS files? Also, can you try changing the theme to see if it resolves the issue? It most likely is a confict or typo in the CSS with the theme.

    Hello @msjulian,

This issue is most likely due to a theme conflict. Please try temporarily changing your theme, such as Twenty Sixteen, and see if the problem is fixed. If not, try disabling all your plugins and see if that fixes the problem. If so, re-enable one plugin at a time until you determine which plugin caused the problem.

If you are still having an issue, and for faster assistance, please log into your Timely account and open a ticket by clicking on the Get Help link, or click here: https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help.
