Support » Plugin: Fourteen Colors » text in 'Search' and 'subscribe' widgets is white

  • Hi there..nice plug in. Love it..

    BUT

With the contrast color set to a light grey, instead of the default black, the text one enters in the Search box and the Subscribe to this Blog box is white — and barely visible. Which makes the visitor think they’re not working.. Anyway to change this without using a darker Contrast Color? I’d like something neutral since the site it otherwise orange. And darker greys just make it look sort of dirty.

    Thanks!

I think the problem is that the text color when it flips to be dark on the light background isn’t dark enough by default. It may actually work better to use an even lighter contrast color. But I am seeing a darker gray, not white here, are you still having issues with it?
