Text in readme file not included in Plugin Directory

I have multiple plugins listed in the Plugin Directory and the description for all of them is accurately picked up from the readme.txt file, except for one.

Please see this readme.txt:

Note the points just before the installation section or the change log section itself. Neither show up in the Directory this page: FC’s Savings Calculator

Why? What am I missing?
