Text in gallery

    Hi,
    can I insert a text somehow into a gallery? I know I can add the text as an image, but I was wondering if I could somehow have one of the boxes for the gallery images be text.

    Hey,
    I think your best bet would be to just add the text into the visual editor of your gallery page. Does that work for you?

    Hey,
    but if I add text normally it would always show above or below the gallery. What I meant was in between, inplace of an image, like if you look here http://smashinghub.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/jQuery-Masonry.png and then imagine #9 and #6 being text for example, so that the gallery does not look as “condensed” but more broken up.

    Hey,
    That isn’t an option with the gallery. You can only have images. You could add an image that is an image of text but there isn’t the option to add text sorry, There may be a plugin that has this but I don’t know of any so if you find one please post back here.
