  • Hello @test033,

I hope you are doing well.

I have just checked your webpage and couldn’t find this existing there. Can you please confirm it? Let me know if this issue still exists.

    Thank you

    Hello.
The problem is present on small screens. It can be seen only if the browser does not block ads. When ad blocking is disabled, the text shifts to the right side of the screen. He showed the border of the text block with a red line (it’s hard to see the colors there) and the text goes beyond the limit.
    One example: https://www.lovepets.com.ua/blog/docs/astsyt/
On the site ColorMag Theme by ThemeGrill. Without adding third-party CSS styles (all by default in the settings).

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello @test033,

I have checked it in different ways. But I can ensure you that it’s not occurring from BetterDocs. Actually, the Ads you inserted are not responsive. This is why this page gets a responsive view when we enable an ad blocker. Can you please contact the Ad Inserter plugin support? I hope you will get a better clue.

    Thanks!

    Hello @test033,

Since this issue is occurring from the ads, you are using there. I am resolving this thread. If anyone needs more information on it, you can visit here.

    Thank you!

    Hello.
Thank you, the issue is partially resolved. It was possible to understand that blocks with ads cause this problem.

At the same time, the problem is present only in sections of the library with the BetterDocs plugin. The same normal WordPress posts use the same ad units and there are no problems with adaptation. I come to the conclusion that there is a clear conflict with styles. Who is guilty is not clear.

So far, I had to completely hide ads from the sections of the library, since the above methods for solving the Ad Inserter problem do not help. A responsive ad block causes the same problem as fixed-width ad blocks.

For interest, I tested the Knowledge Base Plugin for Documentation and FAQs solution and was surprised that everything works correctly there. Probably just a coincidence.

I understand that the problem is individual and I will try to solve it myself.

Thanks for trying to help. If I find a reason / solution, I will definitely unsubscribe in the topic.
