    Does anyone know exactly how to get text into the editor from word so it renders correctly in the mail client? (outlook)

    No matter how i try i end up with different font sizes through the newsletter when doing this.

    naturally i’m trying to reduce my time because not all my news is coming from posts within my site.

    Help appreciated and thanks in advance.

    As an update to this; when you paste into the knews editor from word and you finally get it to match on screen with the text from an imported post when you see it in the mail client it matches but when you view it in a browser it does not. You end up with different font sizes for different articles.

    I have tried the font for articles tab supplied and this makes no difference to imported text from a word document.

    My goal is to have the text look the same in both the email client and a browser when there’s text imported or pasted from a word document.

    Hello funstix!

    The word pastes produces really weird code… we must develop a paste clean way… meanwhile, you must to past the text into a plain text editor like “Text editor” or similar, and reselect, copy and paste on knews. Then the code must be clean.

    Hi Carles, thanks for the tip.

    This works well and resolves my issue regarding text from word. It’s not difficult and takes no time really so until something changes in the editor this is a great solution.
