text file keeps changing

Hi,

I have installed WordFence plugin and it keeps detecting changes in the readme.txt file as part of its security scan.

Can you please confirm whether this change is valid, everytime I change it back to match the one from the download it keeps getting changed back to this:

The Original Version of the file
