Text editor page like Appearance editor

    On my site, there are several text files that we would like some roles to be able to edit without having to use FTP or SSH. Basically, I’d like something like the WP Appearance Editor, where I can point it at a file or files on the system and allow people to edit them directly.

    Is there a template or plugin that I can use to accomplish this?
