Text drop downs in editor not working | WordPress.org

I am trying to change font colors, size, and styles. The drop downs are not working. You click on the down arrow the choices are not displaying. I have deactivate the plugins except the builder and the problem is still there. I cleared history for giggles and still the problem is there. Any ideas?

Try deactivating *all* plugins, even “the builder.” If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

I am having the same issue on my websites. At first I thought it was a Tiny MCE plugin issue but wondering now if it relates to Visual Composer or WordPress instead?
