Support » Plugin: Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter » text disappears when applying filters

  • Hi

    This weekend I have installed your product filter for my woocommerce shop. I am working with yith auctions for this.

    When there is no active filter applied on my products, everything shows correctly: https://snipboard.io/OtZrsV.jpg

    However, when applying a filter, the start date and hour of my auction products suddenly disappears: https://snipboard.io/UWrqYV.jpg

    Could you take a look at this please?

    Thank you

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    The Product Filter is working with Ajax, it looks like the Auction date of the plugin you’re using is not compatible with that, if you reload the page after applying the filter the auction dates will show up. I would suggest to contact the auction plugin’s developers and let them know about this issue.

    Hi, i have been in contact with the developers at Yith. They gave me a code to add in my functions.php file (see below). They think that I need a hook that executes after the filter is activated.

    Can you help with this?

    if (!function_exists('yith_wcact_reload_datetimes_shop')) {

     function yith_wcact_reload_datetimes_shop()
     {
      $jquery = '
        jQuery(document).ready(function(){
          jQuery(window).on( "PLACE_YOUR_HOOK_HERE", function () {
            jQuery(document.body).trigger( "yith_infs_added_elem" )
          });
      });';
      wp_add_inline_script('yith-wcact-frontend-js-premium', $jquery);
     }

     add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'yith_wcact_reload_datetimes_shop', 99);

    }

    Hi,

    The code has to be added to your Theme’s functions.php, I would suggest to create a Child Theme for that, if you have difficulties adding the code, please contact your Theme’s developers, they can help.

    Hi, I already have a child theme so that wouldn’t be a problem 🙂
    But I guess this code would not work without a certain hook from your side, would it?

    if (!function_exists('yith_wcact_reload_datetimes_shop')) {

     function yith_wcact_reload_datetimes_shop()
     {
      $jquery = '
        jQuery(document).ready(function(){
          jQuery(window).on( "PLACE_YOUR_HOOK_HERE", function () {
            jQuery(document.body).trigger( "yith_infs_added_elem" )
          });
      });';
      wp_add_inline_script('yith-wcact-frontend-js-premium', $jquery);
     }

     add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'yith_wcact_reload_datetimes_shop', 99);

    }

    Hi,

    Your code is not for our plugin, it is another Product Filter plugin.
