    The stylesheet. It is called style.css in every theme.

    I got some of the text to red, but some remains blue. Do you know the specific line that I should add something too in order to change the text from blue to red

    That’s not “text”. Those are links (anchor text).
    Which means you should look into the colour of the anchor tags (<a>) – most likely under:

    a {
some-color here;
...
}
