Text appearing above template and pushing it down

When I look at any permalink in my blog, the words “time management” appear above the template in white, pushing the template down. “Time management” was used as a category and in the blog description that appears in the header.

Does anyone know why this might be appearing and how I can edit it out? You can see the error at http://motivationuniversity.com/2008/03/02/monday-motivator-for-march-3-2008/.
