Text alignment & Block Quotes – Not working (Half Resolved)

Here is my site:

If you click on my post: “Welcome”
You will see the text is aligned in the center and block quotes work perfectly.

Yet on the front page the exact same post:
Doesn’t display block quotes and is not aligned in center.

Cannot figure out why for the life of me.

Your theme uses the_excerpt() on it’s front (main posts) page which strips all formatting from the post extract. If you want to change this behaviour, you may need to create a child theme and begin customising the display. I have created a child theme. Is there anyone who can now tell me how to remove or alter the code he is referring too.
