• Hi there, if you go to the website and do the following:
    – add a product
    – add a text in the text field
    – continue to the cart (here it looks ok!)
    – continue to checkout (Completely messed up display!)

You can see the text added to the product which makes the entire order page not readable anymore. The plugin seems to pipe the text from the text field into the WooCommerce class “product-name” instead of adding it’s own div or table for the text…

Also in the email sent by the shop has the same problem. The text is piped into the product-name…

Any way to fix this? This is a show stopper!

    Thanks!

Edit: This is not fixable with adding CSS because it can not be split out of the product-name class…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Is the support for this plugin non existent? I notice that since a few months questions remain unanswered.

Don’t want to push. But I have this plugin on a live site and I need to know if I should re-orient here.

    Thanks!

Hi there @alframe. My apologies that the plugin didn’t meet your expectations due to the issue you faced with it. Here is a screenshot of the available options for the textarea https://prnt.sc/1yv41je to prevent it from squishing.
