Text above Express button flashes then disappears on checkout page review

After a customer has gone through the express payment gateway and has been returned to the checkout page for their final order review, the text “Skip the forms and pay faster with PayPal!” that goes above the PayPal Express button at the top of the checkout page flashes and then disappears. It’s not a huge deal, but would be better if it could be display:hidden in that situation so it doesn’t momentarily popup. Not sure if it’s possible for me to accomplish this with simple custom css though… any ideas?
