Tests not working – “XXXX” Action Not Activated

Hi, whichever option I test on both sites I get an error message that says:
“Create” action is not activated on http://sub-domain.domain.com with remote IP 35.213.XXX.XXX (incoming).
My DNS is managed through CloudFlare.
