    Exactly the same issue. I connected my Personal Stripe account for development purposes and now want to connect my client’s account. There is no option to remove the existing stripe account and add a new one.

    I’m having the same issue. The link above mentions that support is only offered to WooCommerce.com paying customers. However, this issue needs to be resolved as it’s resulting in financial loss on our end.

    You don’t need to be a paying customer to be able to submit a message. As long as you have a WordPress.com/WooCommerce.com account, you can use the contact form.

    After submitting the ticket, Chris contacted me and asked for my confirmation of deletion, I confirmed and it’s been 5 days now, the account is still there, so do I need to do anything on my side or just wait for more days?
