You can install a plugin like WP Mail Logging which will log any outgoing emails, if you’re using my WP Job Manager Emails addon you can preview the email directly from the UI when editing the email template.
@tripflex thank you, I am already logging the emails being sent, I’m more interested in seeing the content being sent out to the users. So the only way for me to check is the third party plugin? there’s no default test email button?

@poonasor no there is nothing built in to the core WP Job Manager plugin for that, with my emails addon you can select a listing, resume, and/or application when editing the email template to preview how it would look with that data.
