Hi - I have been using the Testimonials widget in the footer with no problems, but have just tried to create a separate Testimonials page and can't get them to display correctly. It just shows a couple then cuts off - http://www.cameronhypnotics.com.au/client-testimonials/
I have changed a few settings but can't seem to get anything to change. Can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Thank you.

In using the CSS debugging steps mentioned in the FAQ, I've found that .testimonials-widget-testimonials has a height limitation in the HTML directly.

I suggest using better CSS selectors to limit the height of your footer widget. Even better, configure character limits and such to prevent widget text overflow. Thereby, the testimonials listing can run freely.

Thanks Michael - I've been trying to use the Maximum and Minimum Height fields contained within the Testimonials Widget (in Sidebar or Footer), but if I insert any amount in these fields it takes effect on ALL locations the widget is used, not just the specific widget I've entered the heights in. Is there a way to make the heights apply to just the footer widget?

Look for the widget's instance number that's via a class name.

See https://aihrus.zendesk.com/entries/23691687-What-s-NNN-of-testimonials-widget-testimonialsNNN- and then Inspect Element to look for it of the widget or in the widget options at the bottom.

Sorry, but none of that makes any sense! I don't understand why you would have a maximum and minimum height set in the widget area if it doesn't apply to that specific widget. I guess at some point I'll have to look for a plugin that better suits our needs.

Ah, sorry for the confusion… the maximum and minimum height are for when you're not using bxSlider.

If you are using bxSlider, then you need to use CSS since bxSlider uses JavaScript to overrides things initially.
