The testimonials can be set from Dashboard=> Appearance => Customize => Home/front review section, there you can set the testimonial page you would require.
This testimonial will lead to the page selected from the customizer.

English is not my first language and sometimes I get confused.
In my dashboard has a session called “testemonials”. I thought it was there because of your theme. It would be great if we had the option to use the content in this section to customize the reviews option in the home page.

Sorry if my instructions were not clear,
if you have a testimonial section in the dashboard home , I assure you that this is not a theme feature but could have been given to you by a plugin.
Testimonial in the theme is added from
Dashboard=> Appearance => Customize => Home/front review section
If you want to add testimonials on the home page, you will have to create a page referring the client testimonial.
On the page, the title of the page will be the title of the testimonial and the description of the page will be the excerpt shown on the testimonial section, the featured image will be the featured image of the testimonial.
If you do not want a page to be the clients testimonial and want a category instead, you will have to upgrade to the pro version or you will have to build a child theme to customize it.
