# Testimonials not working even with Jetpack

 * Hello,
    I have followed all the instructions for setting up the Testimonials 
   by installing Jetpack, adding the DEBUG flag to wp-config.php and activating 
   custom content types but the Testimonials admin menu option still doesn’t appear
   and the page /testimonial gives me a 404.
 * I have tried activating/deactivating the Jetpack plugin and changing the permalink
   structure back and forward but still can’t get it to appear. Any other things
   that might be causing this issue.

   across this issue on a self-hosted site, please note I was able to resolve it.
   
   I had been putting the `define( 'JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG', TRUE );` at the very bottom
   of my wp-config.php file. For some reason, I moved it up in front of everything
   else and the Testimonials appeared.
