[resolved] Testimonial Page: Editing the Sidebar (4 posts)

    I have the upgrade plugin.

    When I select the Read More and it takes me to a separate page, for the full testimonial. There's a side bar on the right that's showing up. Looks like the BlogSideBar in Widgets is used.

    This is being used for a different Plugin and I don't want to use it for this one.

    Is there a way to change or remove the sidebar being called out?

    Thank you buying Testimonials Widget Premium.

    I'm not sure I fully understand what it is that you want to have happen.

    Could you please provide the URL of the problem to review?

    What is it you want to accomplish?

    So here's the page that links from the Testimonial Widget (read me)
    to the actual page.

    I'd like to know how to remove/change the sidebar that is showing up on the right side.

    This is more of a theme question.

    In theory, you'll need to edit your theme's sidebar.php and add a condition clause around the current sidebar widget area that detects if it's a Testimonials Widget display or not.

    It'll become something like the following.

    ` if ( ! is_post_type_archive( Testimonials_Widget:: ) {

    normal sidebar code here

    } else {
    Testimonials Widget specific sidebar here

    @ref http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/is_post_type_archive
