# Test Payments Not Working

 * Hello, I’m trying to set up Direct Stripe on my website.
 * I’m using a test product item code copied from my Stripe dashboard and using 
   my test API keys.
 * When I hit “Pay Now” to test the widget setup, it shows “Processing” and then
   displays the customer error message.
 * How do I make sure the test product works before making my products live?
    This
   is extremely important as my income depends on this.

 * Never mind, this is now working. I had the product id, not the plan id. Feel 
   free to delete this question 🙂
