Test email never gets sent

    Hi

    I’ve just installed BackWPUP and I can’t even get the test email to send.

    The site is configured to send out emails and we can also support SMTP. Other plugins are sending out fine and the site emails us all contact requests and comments.

    However with BackWPUP I click Send test email, and the spinning ball appears next to the button, then nothing happens. The spinner sits there and no logs are generated and no email appears.

    Any ideas why this might be? I’ve tried all the various email types that we support.
