 * Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues
   with the Other SMTP mailer.
 * Based on the error message “SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. SMTP 
   Server Error: Failed to connect to server”, your SMTP server refused the connection.
   This could be for a number of reasons, so we would recommend double checking 
   your settings with your SMTP server provider to se if you have all the correct
   settings.
 * Alternatively, you can try setting up an alternative mailer to see if this issue
   is mailer specific. You can try setting up the Sendinblue mailer by following
   the instructions outlined [here](https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-sendinblue-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/).
 * Afterward you can attempt sending another test email.
