“Test configuration” gives Fatal error

    Using premium multisite, version 20.0.1. Clicking “Test configuration” gives:

    I fixed it by replacing all references to ‘SAMLSPUtilities’ with ‘Utilities’, but it would be good to have this fixed upstream.
