 * Is there a way to test a form? Where will forms be sent to? I have several set
   up with products.

 * You can test the fields. If you give your email address when you are purchasing
   a product.
 * You can find the setting of email in
    **Dashboard->Woocommerce->Settings->Email**
 * Once you order. This order will save to your backend.
    in, **Dashboard->Woocommerce-
   >orders**
 * You can see the fields in backend also it will send through the email.
 * While ordering if you provide your email address as from address,
    Order details
   will send to your email, Because you are the customer.
