  • Purchased many additional “pro” addons for this plugin. Then I needed some help with the plugin massively slowing down the website they were installed on. We were running a single website on a dedicated server at WP engine and this plugin would run processes for so long the server would time out over and over. WP Engine helped us document the exact issues and we traced them back to this plugin 100%. After numerous attempts to get help and no response from the plugin authors (even providing them the proof), we paid for some support time through Paypal $100. The company NEVER responded to our PAID support purchase and we had to ask Paypal to step in to get a refund. The company never responded even to Paypal and the dispute on Paypal… and we were given a refund. If you want the most unresponsive support in the history of WordPress plugins then you have found it. Buyer beware and purchase/use at your own risk. The plugin is cool in theory but if you need help with it, you are 100% on your own. The plugin authors just don’t seem to care about their customers.
