# Terrible ticketing plugin

 * This used to be a great plugin. However for the past 2-3 years prices have gone
   up astronomically and quality, reliability, and support have tanked through the
   floor. I used to recommend this plugin but now I caution people away from it,
   especially at their paid tiers.

   this way, and I know it takes something for a long-time supporter to end up leaving
   a review like this.
 * On pricing, I can say that our rates held steady for several years and changed
   only recently, so I’d like to understand what you’ve been seeing on your end.
   And if support has fallen short for you specifically, I want to look into it 
   properly rather than guess.
